摘要
随着当前社会人们压力的增大,顽固性失眠患者的发病率逐年升高,长期睡眠不足会诱发焦虑、抑郁、胃肠道疾病、高血压和心脏病及神经系统等多种疾病,还会导致死亡率升高,给人们的日常工作与生活造成了严重的影响。陆曙教授是江苏省名中医,第六批及第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。陆曙教授近年在临床上提出了“五维辨治”理念,在顽固性失眠的诊治中综合考量五运六气的时效、人体体质因素的质效、中药的功效、现代药理学的药效以及效价关系的量效五个维度的要素,针对不同类型的顽固性失眠具有特色的诊疗思路,同时重视情志调节、心理疏导、睡眠教育及服药时间指导,临床疗效较好。
With the increasing pressure in today's society,the incidence of Refractory Insomnia has been rising year by year.Long-term sleep deprivation can induce anxiety,depression,gastrointestinal diseases,hypertension,heart disease and neurological disorders,and even increase the mortality rate,causing serious impacts on people's daily work and life.Professor Lu Shu is a renowned traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangsu Province and a mentor for the sixth and seventh batches of the National Program for Inheriting the Academic Experience of Senior TCM Experts.In recent years,Professor Lu Shu has proposed the concept of"Five-Dimensional Diagnosis and Treatment"in clinical practice.In the diagnosis and treatment of Refractory Insomnia,he comprehensively considers five elements:the timeliness of the Five Elements and Six Qi,the quality and efficiency of human body constitution,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,the pharmacological effects of modern medicine,and the relationship between dosage and efficacy.He has distinctive diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for different types of intractable insomnia.At the same time,he attaches great importance to emotional regulation,psychological counseling,sleep education and guidance on medication timing,achieving good clinical results.
