事故后果模拟分析法在氯甲烷储罐事故安全评价中的应用研究

摘要 为了确定纤维素醚化工艺中氯甲烷储罐事故的危险程度和影响范围,利用事故后果分析评价法,模拟氯甲烷储罐泄漏蒸汽云爆炸程度、影响范围及中毒范围等进行定量评价。结果表明,体积为80m^(3)的氯甲烷储罐产生蒸气云爆炸事故后果为:爆炸冲击波超压相当于质量为4058.15kg的TNT当量,死亡半径为22.82m,重伤半径为56.33m,轻伤半径为94.57m,财产损失半径为67.94m,大于94.57m为安全区;在理想模型下,一台质量为6624kg的氯甲烷储罐泄漏后的扩散半径为44.57m,即距离泄漏源44.57m的距离之外的人员安全,在44.57m之内可能导致人员中毒。该定量评价及结论可为企业事故预防提供科学依据。 To evaluate the severity and impact range of an accident involving a chloromethane storage tank in the cellulose etherification process,an accident consequence analysis and evaluation method was employed.This approach quantitatively assessed several critical factors:The potential extent of a vapor cloud explosion,the affected area,and the range of toxic exposure.The results indicate that,in the event of a vapor cloud explosion from an 80 m3 chloromethane storage tank,the overpressure of the explosion shock wave is equivalent to 4058.15 kg of TNT.This would result in a fatality radius of 22.82 m,a severe injury radius of 56.33 m,a minor injury radius of 94.57 m,and a property damage radius of 67.94 m.Areas beyond 94.57 m are considered safe zones.Under an idealized model,the diffusion radius of chloromethane with a mass of 6624 kg after leak-age is estimated to be 44.57 m.Therefore,individuals located more than 44.57 m from the leak source are considered safe,while those within this distance may be at risk of poisoning.This quantitative evaluation and conclusion can provide a scientific basis for enterprises to prevent accidents.
