15份大豆品种耐盐性筛选及鉴定 被引量:1

Screening and identification of 15 soybean varieties for salt tolerance

摘要 目的 开发并利用河南盐碱地,明确河南地区大豆主栽品种的耐盐特性.方法 选取15个河南主栽大豆品种为材料,在人工气候室内对大豆苗期进行盐胁迫处理.测定同一植株地上部叶片叶绿素相对含量、鲜质量、干质量、株高及节间长,以及地下部鲜质量、干质量,利用根系扫描仪测定了总根长和根尖数等数据,计算各个指标盐处理前后相对值,并通过隶属函数分析,主成分分析和聚类分析等方法,综合分析这15个品种耐盐性.结果 主成分分析结果表明,三个主成分的累计贡献率为89.605%,三个主成分中因子载荷最大的分别是地上干质量、根直径和叶绿素.用隶属函数法对15个品种进行综合评价,耐盐性从强到弱依次为:邯豆19>圣豆16>中黄57>菏豆12>瑞豆1号>洛豆1号>金豆99>皖豆28>千金豆>皖豆33>徐豆13号>圣地4号>菏豆33>皖豆15>濮豆754.聚类分析结果显示,可以将15份大豆材料分为高度耐盐品种,耐盐品种,中度耐盐品种,盐敏感品种4类.结论 地上部干质量、根直径和叶绿素3个指标相对值能够反映这15个品种的耐盐性.圣豆16和邯豆19耐盐性较强,可归为高度耐盐品种.研究结果可为河南地区耐盐品种的评价提供参考. Objective To utilize the saline-alkali land in Henan province,this paper clarified the salt tolerance characteristics of the main soybean varieties in Henan.Methods This study selected 15 major soybean varieties from Henan as materials and subjected soybean seedlings to salt stress treatment in a controlled climate chamber.The relative chlorophyll content in the leaves of the same plant,fresh weight,dry weight,plant height,and internode length were measured,along with fresh and dry weight of the underground parts.Using a root scanning device,data on total root length and root tip count were obtained.The relative values of each indicator before and after salt treatment were calculated,and comprehensive analyses were performed on the salt tolerance of these 15 varieties using methods such as membership function analysis,principal component analysis,and clustering analysis.Results The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the three principal components was 89.605%,and the factor loads of the three principal components were the largest aboveground dry weight,root diameter and chlorophyll.The 15 varieties were comprehensively evaluated by membership function method,and the salt tolerance wasobtained.Conclusion The relative values of shoot dry weight,root diameter and chlorophyll could reflect the salt tolerance of these 15 cultivars.Shengdou 16 and Handou 19 have strong salt tolerance and can be classified as highly salt tolerant varieties.The results can provide a reference for the evaluation of salt-tolerant varieties in Henan.
