南水北调中线工程南阳段干渠浮游细菌群落春秋季节特征及其组装过程

Characteristics and assembly processes of Bacterioplankton communities in the main canal of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project of Nanyang City during spring and autumn seasons

摘要 南水北调中线工程干渠建成和输水以来,关于干渠浮游细菌群落组成、功能和群落构建机理尚未清晰。在南水北调中线工程干渠南阳段设置5个生态位点,采集2020年秋季(10月)和2021年春季(5月)样品,采用高通量测序分析浮游细菌群落组成,结合水质理化性质分析浮游细菌春秋季节变化及其驱动因素,PICRUSt2软件预测浮游细菌群落功能,分子生态网络分析浮游细菌之间相互作用,同时基于中性模型分析群落组装过程。结果表明干渠浮游细菌群落、功能和相互作用具有季节性变化。生态网络分析表明2020年秋季样品分子生态网络的总节点数、总连接数、平均连通度、核心微生物数均高于2021年春季样品。中性模型分别解释了2020年秋季、2021年春季浮游细菌80.9%和61.8%的群落变化,随机过程主导了干渠浮游细菌群落构建。研究探究了干渠浮游细菌群落组成、功能、相互作用和群落组装及其影响因素,为干渠浮游细菌生态功能和潜在应用提供帮助。 The main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,as the main water conveyance channel,is mainly an open channel.Since the completion and water conveyance of the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the composition,function,and community construction mechanism of the bacterioplankton community in the main canal have not been clear.This study set up 5 ecological sites in the Nanyang section of the main canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Samples were collected in the autumn of 2020(October)and spring of 2021(May),and high-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the composition of bacterioplankton communities.Combined with water quality physicochemical properties,the changes and driving factors of bacterioplankton in spring and autumn seasons were analyzed.PICRUSt2 software was used to predict the functions of bacterioplankton communities,molecular ecological network was used to analyze the interactions between bacterioplankton,and a neutral model was used to analyze the community assembly process.The results indicate that the community,functions,and interactions of bacterioplankton in the main canal exhibit seasonal variations.Ecological network analysis shows that the total number of nodes,connections,average connectivity,and core microbial count in the molecular ecological network of autumn 2020 samples are higher than those of spring 2021 samples.The neutral model explained 80.9%and 61.8%of the community changes of bacterioplankton in autumn 2020 and spring 2021,respectively,and the random process dominated the construction of bacterioplankton communities in the main canal.This study investigated the composition,function,interaction,and assembly of bacterioplankton communities in main canals,as well as their influencing factors,providing assistance for the ecological functions and potential applications of bacterioplankton in main canals.
