摘要
随着我国经济发展和产业升级,大量老旧厂区面临关停腾换,如何发挥既有建筑资源再生价值、保护城市文脉与环境空间、激活老旧厂区的城市活力、传承工业文化和奋斗精神,值得我们在实践中探索。该文以江陵县铁牛智慧全民健身中心为例,通过分析项目设计特点,总结出在县区级工业厂区旧址规模不大、特色不显、投资有限的条件下进行改造利用的一般性规律。
With the economic development and industrial upgrading of our country,a large number of old factory areas are facing shutdown,relocation and replacement.How to give play to the regenerative value of existing building resources,protect the urban cultural context and environmental space,activate the urban vitality of old factory areas,and inherit the industrial culture and the spirit of struggle is worthy of our exploration in practice.Taking the Tieniu Smart National Fitness Center in Jiangling County as an example,we analyze the design characteristics of the project,then we summarize and put forward the general rules for the renovation and utilization under the conditions of a small scale,inconspicuous characteristics and limited investment of the former industrial factory site at the county level.
