摘要
随着航空电子系统不断复杂化,多芯屏蔽线束在复杂电磁环境中的传导敏感度问题影响着机载设备的可靠性。针对多芯屏蔽线束的传导敏感度问题,文中研究了不同芯线数量的线束其单端接地与双端接地的屏蔽效果,提出了一种结合实验测试与数据拟合的协同方法。基于已有传导敏感度测量系统,在10 kHz~0.4 GHz频率范围内对双芯、四芯、八芯线束的感应电流进行测试与分析。结果表明,多芯线束中单根芯线的敏感度电平随芯线数量增加而降低。频率小于300 MHz的双端接地线束屏蔽效果优于单端接地,八芯线束的单芯感应电流仅为单芯线束的10%~40%,为机载多芯屏蔽线束的设计与工程应用提供了重要参考。
With the increasing complexity of avionics systems,the problem of the conducted susceptibility of multi-core shielded wire harnesses in complex electromagnetic environments affects the reliability of airborne equipment.In view of the conducted susceptibility problem of multi-core shielded wire harnesses,this study investigates the shielding effects of single-ended grounding and double-ended grounding for wire harnesses with different numbers of core wires,and proposes a collaborative method combining experimental testing and data fitting.Based on the existing conducted susceptibility measurement system,the induced currents of two-core,four-core,and eight-core wire harnesses are tested and analyzed within the frequency range of 10 kHz to 0.4 GHz.The results show that the susceptibility level of a single core wire in a multi-core wire harness decreases as the number of core wires increases.For double-ended grounded wire harnesses,the shielding effect is better than that of single-ended grounded ones when the frequency is less than 300 MHz.The induced current of a single core in an eight-core wire harness is only 10%to 40%of that in a single-core wire harness,which provides an important reference for the design and engineering application of airborne multi-core shielded wire harnesses.
