基于MaaS的城市个体出行碳减排测算与激励技术研究

摘要 在国家“双碳”目标引领下,推动城市低碳出行已成为实现交通领域深度减排、构建绿色运输体系的核心路径。文章从理论层面讲述了基于出行即服务(MaaS,Mobility as a Service)的城市个体出行碳减排测算与激励技术框架构建方法,涵盖数据治理、碳减排测算及激励引导建模多个方面,旨在为城市低碳出行政策的制定与实施提供科学依据和技术支撑。 Under the guidance of carbon neutrality and carbon peak targets,promoting low-carbon urban travel has become the core path to achieve deep emissions reduction in the transporta-tion sector and build a green transportation system.From a theoretical perspective,the construction method of the technical framework for measurement and incentivizing carbon emissions reduction in urban individual travel are described based on mobility as a service(MaaS).It covers multiple as-pects including data governance,measurement of carbon emissions reduction,and modeling of incen-tive and guidance.The aim is to provide a scientific basis and technical support for the formulation and implementation of urban low-carbon travel policies.
