摘要
航天装备大型外场试验是航天装备系统等国防科技工业装备建设中重要且特殊的阶段。在这一阶段内,相关装备的密点在空间和时间范围内得以集中呈现。因此,大型外场试验室是境外情报机关在我国航天装备科研生产全周期中进行窃密工作的重点阶段。通过对大型外场试验的一般阶段进行划分,可以更好分析大型外场试验在航天装备科研生产全周期保密工作中的特殊性。在此基础上,可以从信息控制的角度开展大型外场试验保密管理研究,进而分析大型外场试验保密管理面临的具体困难,提出有针对性的措施建议,有力服务于大型外场试验保密管理水平提升。
Large-scale field trials of aerospace equipment represent a critical and distinct phase in the development of aerospace systems and defense-related technological equipments.At this stage,classified elements of the equipment are consolidated within defined spatial and temporal boundaries.As a result,large-scale field test facilities become a primary target for foreign intelligence agencies seeking to acquire classified information throughout the entire research and production lifecycle of aerospace equipment in China.By systematically categorizing the general stages of these field trials,it becomes possible to better understand their unique role within the overall classification management framework governing aerospace research and production.Building on this analysis,it is feasible to approach classification management for large-scale field trials from the perspective of information control,thereby identifying specific challenges,proposing targeted solutions,and ultimately enhancing the overall standard of classification management for these critical testing phases.
