摘要
通过调整道路结构实现区域空间结构优化,是历史文化街区活化更新的重要手段。本文基于空间句法模型,对佛山市岭南天地城市更新前后的路网进行对比分析。结果发现:更新后片区实现了路网重构,其集成度得到较大提升,路网中心性愈发明显,更有利于发展现代商业服务业;其深度值、选择度均有所下降,路网整体连通程度得到加强,结构得到优化;其智能度有所提升,说明更新后路网更加协调,更容易被游客理解。文后,从岭南天地案例中得到通过路网重构和空间节点塑造,从而保护历史文物并强化地域特色的经验总结。
The optimization of regional spatial structure by adjusting the road structure is an important means for the revitalization and renewal of historical and cultural blocks.Based on the space syntax model,the road network before and after the urban renewal in Lingnan Tiandi of Foshan City is compared and analyzed.The results show that:after the renewal,the road network has been reconstructed,its integration has been greatly improved,and the centrality of the road network has become more obvious,which is more conducive to the development of modern commercial service industry;The depth value and selectivity are decreased,the overall connectivity degree of the road network is strengthened,and the structure is optimized.Its intelli⁃gence has been improved,indicating that the updated road network is more coordinated and easier for tourists to understand.Finally,from the case of Lingnan Tiandi,the experience of protecting historical relics and strengthening regional characteristics through road network reconstruction and spatial node shaping is sum⁃marized.
