摘要
为了明确外部冲击载荷对动车组列车轴箱轴承疲劳寿命的影响,构建轴箱轴承拟动力学模型,分析外部冲击载荷作用下的轴箱轴承振动特性,获取轴箱轴承接触载荷的时变特性,进而基于Miner损伤叠加理论提出考虑时变载荷影响的轴箱轴承疲劳寿命评估模型。利用所提轴箱轴承疲劳寿命评估模型分析了不同载荷工况下的动车组列车轴箱轴承疲劳寿命,结果表明外部冲击载荷会导致轴箱轴承疲劳寿命显著下降,寿命下降比例与轴承所受恒定载荷和转速条件相关。
In order to clarify the influence of external impact loads on fatigue life of axle box bearings for EMU,a quasi-dynamic model of the bearings is constructed.The vibration characteristics of the bearings are analyzed under external impact loads,and the time-varying characteristics of contact loads of the bearings is obtained.Based on Miner’s damage superposition theory,a fatigue life assessment model for the bearings considering influence of timevarying loads is proposed.The proposed model is used to analyze the fatigue life of the bearings under different load conditions.The results show that the external impact loads significantly reduce the fatigue life of the bearings,and the proportion of life reduction is related to constant load and rotational speed conditions of the bearings.
