基于多气阀独立工作模型的压缩机气阀积垢故障分析研究

摘要 气阀作为往复压缩机关键部件,影响着压缩机排气量、机组功率、温度等性能指标,特别是往复压缩机气阀随着运行时间的增加,介质中的粉尘、异物以及碳化的润滑油等会堵塞气阀流道,降低气阀流通面积,甚至减小气阀升程,气阀无法正常关闭等,进而降低压缩机运行性能。考虑到每个气阀故障程度存在差异性,传统气阀工作模型分析能力不足。因此,通过建立气阀积垢故障的多气阀往复压缩机数学模型,基于实验台往复压缩机的结构参数及工艺参数仿真不同积垢情况下的动态压力数据,分析往复压缩机指示功率、排气量等性能指标,为往复压缩机故障诊断、性能监测奠定基础。 As a key component of reciprocating compressor,valve affects the performance index of compressor displacement,unit power,temperature and so on.In particular,with the increase of the operation time of reciprocating compressor′s valve,the dust,foreign matter and carbonized lubricating oil in the medium will block the valve flow path,reduce the flow area of valve,and even reduce the lift of valve,thus reducing the operation performance of compressor.Considering the difference of the fault degree of each valve,the analysis ability of traditional valve working model is insufficient.Therefore,in this paper,the mathematical model of multi-valve reciprocating compressor based on valve fouling failure was established,the dynamic pressure data of different scale levels based on the structural parameters and process parameters of the reciprocating compressor on the experimental bench was simulated,and the indicated power and exhaust volume of the reciprocating compressor and other performance indicators were analyzed.It lays a foundation for the fault diagnosis and performance monitoring of reciprocating compressors.
