摘要
鼻后滴流综合征,亦称上气道咳嗽综合征,属中医“久咳”“久嗽”“鼻渊”的范畴,是内科常见疾病,也是慢性咳嗽常见病因之一;中医辨证论治治疗鼻后滴流综合征有明显优势。中医辨证论治治疗鼻后滴流综合征疗效显著、副作用小;国医大师陈绍宏主张“审因论治”“辨病”与“辨证”思想相结合的诊治原则,治以“疏风散邪、宣通鼻窍”,在“川芎茶调散”基础上加减,临床显效良好。
Postnasal drip syndrome,also known as upper airway cough syndrome,belongs to the category of‘chronic cough',‘chronic cough',‘nasosinusitis'and‘laryngalgia'in traditional Chinese medicine.It is a common dis-ease in internal medicine and one of the common causes of chronic cough.TCM syndrome differentiation has obvious ad-vantages in the treatment of postnasal drip syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of postnasal drip syndrome has significant curative effect and small side effects;Chen Shaohong,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,advocated‘treatment based on etiology';the principle of diagnosis and treatment of the combination of'disease differentiation'and‘syndrome differentiation'is to treat‘dispelling wind and dispelling evil,promoting nasal or-ifices'.On the basis of Chuanxiong tea powder,it is added and subtracted according to the syndrome,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
