基于焓、[火用]分析的工业锅炉能效软件开发

摘要 随着环保意识的提高,人们对生物质工业锅炉的研究越来越深入,也对生物质锅炉的节能要求越来越高,所以需对其进行能效分析,通过节能诊断,进而进行节能改造,而现有的能效分析软件数量少且不完善,介绍一款在原有软件基础上开发的新软件,并运用开发的软件对收集到的16组运行数据进行计算和分析,针对分析结果提出了合理的节能措施及建议。 With the improvement of environmental awareness,people's research on biomass-fired industrial boilers is becoming more and more in-depth,and the energy-saving requirements for biomass-fired boilers are also becoming higher and higher.So it is necessary to conduct energy efficiency analysis,diagnose energy conservation,and then carry out energy-saving transformation.However,the existing efficiency analysis software is few and imperfect,so a new software based on the existing software has been developed.The developed software was used to calculate and analyze the collected 16 sets of operational data,and reasonable energy-saving measures and suggestions were proposed based on the analysis results.
