摘要
通过室温拉伸试验,光学显微镜和硬度试验对200 kg的真空感应+真空自耗重熔相结合(VIM+VAR)的冶炼工艺制备Ni-Cr-Al合金进行分析(/%:0.01C,0.10~0.20Si,0.20~0.40Mn,0.01P,0.01S,15.50Cr,4.50Al,3.00Fe,0.005-0.01Y,0.005-0.01Zr)。研究不同道次变形量对Ni-Cr-Al合金材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着累计冷拔变形量的增加,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和维氏硬度逐渐增加,其断面收缩率和伸长率逐渐减少,当变形量增加到一定程度,合金的力学性能基本不发生变化。当Ni-Cr-Al合金的累计变形量达到78.7%,其性能最为优异,Ni-Cr-Al合金的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度、断面收缩率、伸长率和维氏硬度分别为1449 MPa、1130 MPa、45%、10%和476。
In this paper,the preparation of Ni-Cr-Al alloy by the smelting process of 200 kg vacuum induction+vacuum arc remelting(VIM+VAR)was analyzed by means of tensile test at room temperature,optical microscope and hardness test(/%:0.01C,0.10-0.20Si,0.20~0.40Mn,0.01P,0.01S,15.50Cr,4.50Al,3.00Fe,0.005-0.01Y,0.005-0.01Zr).The influence of different pass deformation amount on the mechanical properties of Ni-Cr-Al alloy was studied.The experimental results show that the tensile strength,yield strength and Vickers hardness of the alloy increase gradually with the increase of accumulated cold drawing deformation,and the area reduction and elongation decrease gradually.When the deformation amount increases to a certain extent,the mechanical properties of alloy basically do not change.When the cumulative deformation of Ni-Cr-Al alloy reaches 78.7%,its performance is the best.The tensile strength at room temperature,yield strength,section shrinkage,elongation and Vickers hardness of Ni-Cr-Al alloy are 1449 MPa,1130 MPa,45%,10%and 476,respectively.
