摘要
文中以某住宅项目为例,重点研究了PC构件吊装技术及质量控制方法。从楼梯吊装、叠合板吊装、飘窗构件吊装、阳台板吊装、剪力墙吊装等方面进行技术分析,并总结了其安装过程质量及安全控制要点。结果表明,各个构件的吊装偏差均在25 mm以下,符合安全质量要求。
Taking a residential project as an example,the hoisting technology and quality control method of PC components are studied.This paper analyzes the t echnical aspects of stair hoisting,composite panel hoisting,bay window component hoisting,balcony panel hoisting and shear wall hoisting,and summarizes the quality and safety control points of the installation process.The results show that the lifting error of each component is less than 25 mm,which meets the requirements of safety quality.
