摘要
“十四五”非物质文化保护规划中,提到非遗工程、传统工艺高质量发展,强调保护、传承、弘扬非物质文化遗产重要性。针对传统剪纸技术的保护与发展,通过对多层套色剪纸技术创新,结合数字技术的应用,为多层套色剪纸艺术的传承与创新注入活力,不仅能丰富剪纸艺术的表现形式,还能使传统剪纸技术在现代社会中焕发新的光彩。运用数字技术推动传统剪纸多元化发展,是实现非物质文化遗产保护与传承的有效途径,为剪纸艺术的创新发展奠定了实践基础。
In the"14th Five Year Plan"for the protection of intangible cultural heritage,the high-quality development of intangible cultural heritage projects and traditional crafts is mentioned,emphasizing the importance of protecting,inheriting,and promoting intangible cultural heritage.Aiming at the protection and development of traditional paper cuttings technology,through the innovation of multi-layer chromatic paper cuttings technology,combined with the application of digital technology,inject vitality into the inheritance and innovation of multi-layer chromatic paper cuttings art,which can not only enrich the manifestations of paper cuttings art,but also make the traditional paper cuttings technology glow in the modern society.Using digital technology to promote the diversified development of traditional paper cuttings is an effective way to achieve the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,which lays a practical foundation for the innovative development of paper cuttings art.
