摘要
志愿服务是医院社会服务的重要组成部分,在改善患者就医感受中发挥着重要作用。聚焦门诊患者看病就医的急难愁盼问题,以“‘智’愿有你,与爱同行”为主题,结合服务学习理论,从准备、服务、反思、分享等4个方面开展医学生门诊志愿服务活动,为患者提供智慧服务和爱心服务,使患者、志愿者、医院和学校等多方受益。
Volunteer service is an important component of hospital social services and plays a significant role in improving patients'medical experience.Focusing on the urgent and difficult issues faced by outpatient patients during their medical visits,with the theme of"Wisdom Accompanies You,Love Goes Together",the hospital conducted outpatient volunteer service activities for medical students based on the service-learning theory,encompassing four aspects:preparation,service,reflection,and sharing.These activities provided patients with both intelligent and caring services,benefiting patients,volunteers,hospitals,and universities alike.
