摘要
目的:分析中学生体育锻炼频率、亲社会行为及焦虑情绪的关系,探讨中学生亲社会行为在体育锻炼频率与焦虑情绪之间的中介效应。方法:基于2014-2015年CEPS中国教育追踪调查数据中的相关问题,对8007个有效样本进行数据分析,并进行逐步回归分析法进行中介检验。结果:体育锻炼频率对中学生焦虑情绪呈负相关(r=-0.032,P<0.001)、对亲社会行为呈正相关(r=0.177,P<0.001)。亲社会行为在中学生体育锻炼频率和焦虑情绪之间具有部分中介效应,中介效应比为39%。结论:体育锻炼频率、中学生亲社会行为及焦虑情绪具有显著相关关系;中学生亲社会行为在体育锻炼频率和焦虑情绪间具有部分中介效应;体育锻炼频率的提高能够缓解中学生的焦虑情绪。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between the frequency of physical exercise,prosocial behavior,and anxiety among middle school students,and to explore the mediating effect of prosocial behavior on the relationship between physical exercise frequency and anxiety among middle school students.Method:Based on the relevant questions in the 2014-2015 CEPS China Education Tracking Survey data,data analysis was conducted on 8007 valid samples,and stepwise regression analysis was used for mediation testing.Result:The frequency of physical exercise is negatively correlated with anxiety among middle school students(r=-0.052,p<0.001)and positively correlated with prosocial behavior(r=0.177,p<0.001).Prosocial behavior has a partial mediating effect between the frequency of physical exercise and anxiety among middle school students,with a mediation effect ratio of 39%.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between the frequency of physical exercise,prosocial behavior,and anxiety among middle school students;The prosocial behavior of middle school students has a partial mediating effect between the frequency of physical exercise and anxiety;The increase in frequency of physical exercise can alleviate the anxiety of middle school students.
