摘要
我国高校高水平运动队作为竞技体育与高等教育融合的重要平台,在培养高水平体育人才和推动校园体育文化建设方面具有重要作用。然而,当前我国高校高水平运动队的发展面临诸多困境,制约了其可持续发展。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从政策、社会、经济、教育4个宏观维度总结当前发展的现实困境,并提出相应的发展路径:提供政策支持,明确目标定位;强化文化教育,提高就业实力;保障机制创新,建立监管机制;选材机制优化,训练体系升级。
China's university high-performance sports teams,serving as a crucial platform integrating competitive sports with higher education,play significant roles in cultivating elite athletes and advancing campus sports culture.However,their sustainable development currently faces multidimensional constraints across policy,societal,economic,and educational domains.Through literature research method and logical reasoning,this study identifies systemic challenges including ambiguous institutional positioning,insufficient educational integration,funding instability,and outdated talent development models.Corresponding pathways include establishing policy frameworks to clarify strategic objectives,enhancing academic-athletic balance to improve career competitiveness,innovating funding mechanisms with multi-stakeholder supervision,and modernizing talent selection systems and upgrading training protocols.
