摘要
数字经济时代,数字思维培养对培育高数字素养新商科人才至关重要。数字经济时代下,数字思维主要包括五方面,即数据驱动思维、颠覆式创新思维、动态演化思维、生态系统思维和交叉融合思维。目前,新商科人才数字思维培养还存在需求与理论应用教学脱节、学生认知与基础知识不足、碎片化静态化培育等问题。通过“1+1+1+N”新商科人才数字思维培养模式,即面向场景和业务的课程教学改革、基于校企联合的人才培养方案设计与生态层次合作平台构建、全过程动态数字思维培育与效果评估与多学科融合的教师团队与课程体系建设,可有效解决数字思维培育问题,有助于提高新商科人才数字思维培养效果。
In the digital economy era,cultivating digital thinking is imperative for developing new busi-ness talents with high digital literacy.Digital thinking encompasses five key dimensions:data-driven think-ing,disruptive innovation thinking,dynamic evolution thinking,ecosystem thinking,and cross-disciplinary integration thinking.However,current approaches to nurturing digital thinking in new business education face challenges such as a disconnect between theoretical applications and practical teaching needs,insuffi-cient foundational knowledge and cognitive preparedness among students,and fragmented,static training methodologies.To address these issues,we propose the"1+1+1+N"digital thinking cultivation model,which includes:scenario-oriented and business-oriented curriculum reforms;school-enterprise collabora-tive talent development programs and ecosystem-level cooperation platforms;dynamic,process-wide dig-ital thinking cultivation and evaluation mechanisms;multidisciplinary faculty teams and integrated course systems.This model aims to enhance the efficacy of digital thinking cultivation for new business talents.
