摘要
文章提出在屋面上铺设纵向和横向轨道,利用可在轨道上行走的起吊设备和运输设备将旧的屋面板拆除并运走,然后将新的屋面板运送至待安装位的施工方法。该工法的最大特点是所用的设备自重轻,且轨道能将载荷分散地传到屋顶,避免集中载荷。
The roof structure has limited bearing capacity,as the result,the dismounting and mounting equipments should be designed lightweightly,and should avoid concentrated load.Orbital method is a way paving lengthways and transverse steel tracks on the roof plates,useing lifting equipments and transport equipments running on the steel tracks,dismounting and carrying off the old roof plates,shipping back and mounting the new roof plates.This method’s most important feature is that the equipments have little dead load,and the load to the rooftop is dispersed by the steel tracks without concentrated load.
