沈阳生物化工产业园立足区域禀赋、整合产业要素、聚焦绿色创新,构建“资源-技术-市场”协同发展体系,实现高效可持续增长。依托康平及周边地区丰富的清洁能源、秸秆等生物质原料,瞄准可再生能源制氢(绿色氢能)、生物质燃料、碳捕集利用与封存、高性能储能电池等产业,将绿色转型与产业升级深度融合,以产业协作、创新驱动、要素整合为核心抓手,推动区域经济向低碳化、高端化、集群化跃迁。产业发展定位为:打造以绿色能源(氢氨醇一体化)、生物制造、新材料、精细化工产业为主导的未来绿色低碳产业集群。
Based on regional endowments,integrating industrial elements,focusing on green innovation,Shenyang Biochemical Industrial Park has built a coordinated development system of"resources-technology-market"to achieve efficient and sustainable growth.Relying on the abundant clean energy,straw and other biomass raw materials in Kangping and the surrounding areas,aiming at renewable energy hydrogen production(green hydrogen),biomass fuels,carbon capture,utilization and storage,high-performance energy storage batteries and other industries,the green transformation and industrial upgrading will be deeply integrated,and industrial cooperation,innovation-driven,and factor integration will be the core starting point to promote the regional economy to low-carbon,high-end,and cluster-oriented.The industrial development orientation is:to build a future green and low-carbon industrial cluster dominated by green energy(hydroammonia integration),biomanufacturing,new materials,and fine chemical industries.
