摘要
目的:分析精细化管理对中药房处方调配效率与调配差错率的影响。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年6月贵港市中医医院中药房发放的2000份药品处方进行回顾性分析,按照精细化管理的实施节点划分为管理前(1000份,2022年5月—2023年5月实施常规管理)、管理后(1000份,2023年6月—2024年6月实施精细化管理)。比较管理前后处方调配效率与调配差错率。结果:管理后候药时间、处方调配时间较管理前短(P<0.001);管理后处方调配差错率低于管理前(P=0.012)。结论:精细化管理有利于提高中药房处方调配效率,减少处方调配差错。
Objective:To analyze the effect of fine management on prescription dispensing efficiency and dispensing error rate in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 2000 drug prescriptions issued by traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Guigang Hospital of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to June 2024.According to the implementation node of refined management,the prescriptions were divided into pre-management(1000 prescriptions,routine management was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023)and post-management(1000 prescriptions,fine management was implemented from June 2023 to June 2024).Prescription dispensing efficiency and dispensing error rate were compared before and after management.Results:The waiting time and prescription dispensing time after management were shorter than before management(P<0.001).The error rate of prescription dispensing after management was lower than that before management(P=0.012).Conclusion:Fine management is beneficial to improve prescription dispensing efficiency and reduce prescription dispensing errors in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy.
