绿色办公建筑主被动能源节能优化分析

OPTIMIZATION ANALYSIS OF ACTIVE AND PASSIVE ENERGY CONSERVATION IN GREEN OFFICE BUILDINGS

摘要 从主动和被动两方面对沈阳市一栋绿色办公建筑的围护结构和能源系统进行优化,通过多目标优化外窗、外墙和屋面传热系数、外墙和屋面保温板厚度以及气密性,获取参数最优帕累托解集,综合考虑能耗与不舒适小时数,采用理想点法确定被动式节能最优方案。通过TRNSYS建立土壤源热泵与太阳能热水串联供热系统,提出机组启停和供水温度的能源系统优化调控策略,并分析主动式节能最优策略适用性。结果表明:围护结构优化后案例建筑年总能耗由90.2 kW·h/m^(2)·a下降到20.18 kW·h/m^(2)·a;能源系统优化后机组平均性能系数COP值为5.18,比额定COP值高1.88,年总能耗由20.18 kW·h/m^(2)·a下降到13.04 kW·h/m^(2)·a。 The enclosure structure and energy system of a green office building in Shenyang had been optimized from both active and passive aspects.Through multi-objective optimization of the heat transfer coefficients of external windows,exterior walls,and roofs,as well as the thickness and airtightness of exterior wall and roof insulation boards,the optimal Pareto solution set of parameters was obtained.Energy consumption and discomfort hours were comprehensively considered.And the ideal point method is used to determine the optimal passive energy-saving solution.On the basis of the original energy system of the case building,a soil source heat pump and solar hot water series heating system was established through TRNSYS.Energy system optimization and control strategies for unit start stop and water supply temperature were proposed,and the applicability of active energy-saving optimal strategies was analyzed.The results showed that after optimizing the enclosure structure,the total annual energy consumption of the case building decreased from 90.2 kW·h/m^(2)·a to 20.18 kW·h/m^(2)·a;After optimizing the energy system,the average coefficient of performance(COP)value of the unit is 5.18,which is 1.88 higher than the rated COP value.The annual total energy consumption has decreased from 20.18 kW·h/m^(2)·a to 13.04 kW·h/m^(2)·a.
