摘要
为制备机械性能优异的超耐候干混消光粉末涂料,通过设计不同高、低酸值聚酯结构,以改善超耐候低光涂膜的柔韧性和表面硬度。在高酸值聚酯中引入氢化双酚A(HBPA),并与特定线型多元醇和脂肪族环状多元酸配合使用。同时,在低酸值聚酯中添加2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇羟基特戊酸单酯(HPN)和脂肪族环状多元酸等单体,并采用长链脂肪酸作为封端剂。结果表明:高、低酸值聚酯搭配制备的粉末涂料在200℃/10 min(TGIC固化剂)条件下固化,涂膜光泽可达17~25,拥有优异的表面硬度(3H)及韧性(T弯1T、反冲50 cm),同时具备出色的耐候性(600 h,保光率65%~75%)和耐沸水性(10 h,保光率205.5%)。
In order to prepare ultra-durable dry mixed matting powder coatings with excellent mechanical properties,the structures of high-and low-acid value polyesters were designed to improve the flexibility and surface hardness of ultra-durable low-gloss coatings.Hydrogenated bisphenol A(HBPA)was introduced into the high acid value polyester,which was combined with specific linear polyols and aliphatic cyclic polyacids.Meanwhile,monomers such as 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediol hydroxyvalerate monoester(HPN)and aliphatic cyclic polyacids were added to the low acid value polyester,and long-chain fatty acids were used as capping agents.The results show that the powder coating,prepared by combining high-and low-acid value polyesters and cured at 200℃/10 min(TGIC curing agent),can achieve a coating gloss of 17 to 25,and indicate excellent surface hardness(3H)and toughness(bending 1T,recoil 50 cm),and also possesses outstanding weather resistance(600 h,gloss retention 65%-75%)and boiling water resistance(10 h,gloss retention 205.5%).
