摘要
精神障碍中,最为常见、多发的一种病症类型为精神分裂症,进行性发展、易反复、病程长、起病缓慢、致残率高属于该疾病最显著的特点。患者多数是由于受到外界严重刺激而发病,行为、情感、思维等多方面障碍是其主要的症状表现,不仅会造成患者丧失社会功能、职业功能,难以独立生活,同时也无法与亲朋好友之间建立起密切的关系。目前,治疗难治性精神分裂症始终是精神科重点关注的课题,患者复发频率越高,那么病情也将越难控制。给予患者规范性的药物治疗,能够减少其复发频率。在医学科研工作的全力发展下,依然有部分患者难以通过药物治疗控制病情,造成精神分裂症患者依然有着较高的发病率,不仅造成医疗费用的增加,同时也导致家庭经济负担的加重。由此可见,探寻有效化、安全化的治疗措施,对难治性精神分裂症患者疾病的改善或康复有着重大意义。因此,本文将整合目前有关治疗难治性精神分裂症的文献资料进行综述,以期为难治性精神分裂症的临床治疗提供帮助。
Among mental disorders,the most common and frequently occurring type is schizophrenia.Progressive development,easy recurrence,long course,slow onset and high disability rate are the most significant characteristics of this disease.Most patients develop symptoms due to severe external stimulation,and behavioral,emotional and thinking disorders are the main symptoms.This not only causes patients to lose social and occupational functions,but also makes them difficult to live independently,At the same time,it is also impossible to establish close relationships with family and friends.At present,the treatment of refractory schizophrenia has always been a key focus topics of psychiatry.The higher the recurrence the frequency of patients,the more difficult it will be to control their condition.Providing standardized drug treatment to patients can reduce recurrence frequency.With the full development of medical research,some patients are still difficult to control their condition through drug treatment,resulting in a high incidence rate of schizophrenia patients,which not only increases medical expenses,but also increases the economic burden of families.It can be seen that exploring effective and safe treatment measures is of great significance for the improvement or rehabilitation of refractory schizophrenia patients.Therefore,this article will integrate current literature on the treatment of refractory schizophrenia for a review,in order to provide help for the clinical treatment of refractory schizophrenia.
