河北某铁精矿浮选提纯制备超纯铁精矿试验研究

摘要 对河北某铁矿选矿厂生产的TFe品位70.13%的高品质铁精矿进行了系统浮选试验,探究了该铁精矿制备超纯铁精矿的技术可行性,分别开展了阳离子与阴离子2种反浮选工艺研究。结果表明,2种工艺均获得了TFe品位大于71.9%的超纯铁精矿。其中采用阳离子反浮选工艺,经1粗1精的开路流程,可以获得精矿产率47.07%、TFe品位71.91%、回收率48.35%的选矿指标。与阴离子反浮选工艺精矿品位相当,回收率提高了7.02个百分点,且工艺药剂制度简单,推荐选厂采用阳离子反浮选工艺。 A systematic flotation test was carried out on a high-quality iron concentrate from Hebei with TFe grade of 70.13% produced by an iron ore concentrator.The technical feasibility of preparing ultrapure iron concentrate from the iron concentrate is explored.Cationic and anionic reverse flotation processes are carried out respectively.The results show that the ultra pure iron concentrate with TFe grade higher than 71.9% is obtained by both processes.By the cationic reverse flotation open circuit process of one roughing and one cleaning can obtain the concentrate with yield of 47.07%,the TFe grade of 71.91%,and the recovery rate of 48.35%.Compared with the anionic reverse flotation process,the concentrate grade is equivalent,the recovery rate is increased by 7.02 percentage points,and the process reagent system is simple.The cationic reverse flotation process is recommended for the concentrator.
