摘要
电磁阀是航天发动机供配气系统的主要执行机构,其动态特性的获取至关重要。传统的电磁阀动态特性分析需借助高速采集设备进行曲线采集,手动卡点计算出吸合和释放时间,该方式逐渐不能适应日益增长和复杂多变的试验任务。针对该缺点,提出一种基于离散小波变换(UWT)的电磁阀动态特性提取方法,该方法可更好地提取信号的局部特征,迅速定位曲线特征点,确定吸合释放时间。基于LabVIEW软件环境,搭建了电磁阀动态特性在线分析平台。通过试验数据表明,该方法可完成电磁阀动态特性的在线提取和分析,提高了液体火箭发动机地面试验的工作效率。
The traditional analysis of the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic valves requires the use of high-speed acquisition equipment for curve acquisition,and manual calculation of suction and release times.This method gradually cannot adapt to the growing and complex testing tasks.A dynamic characteristic extraction method for electromagnetic valves based on discrete wavelet transform(UWT)is proposed to address this drawback.This method can better extract local features of signals,quickly locate curve feature points,and determine the suction release time.Based on the LabVIEW software environment,an online analysis platform for the dynamic characteristics of electromagnetic valves is established.
