摘要
甜樱桃自动化分选不仅有助于推动甜樱桃产业健康发展,还能为消费者提供更高质量的产品。设计基于机器视觉的甜樱桃分选系统,通过分级杯实现甜樱桃的单体输送,利用工业相机采集甜樱桃图像,并开发专门的识别软件,结合OpenCV和NumPy库,实现对甜樱桃外部轮廓的提取及尺寸检测。基于Thinker平台开发相应的UI界面,并嵌入YOLOv5等检测模型,实现甜樱桃的全角度分级检测。测试结果表明,该方法简单有效,能够准确识别甜樱桃并检测其外部尺寸。
Automation of cherry sorting not only aids in cherry industry's healthy development but also provides higher quality products to consumers.Thus,a cherry sorting system based on machine vision was designed.It achieved single cherry transporting through sorting cups,cherry images were captured by an industrial camera and combined with specially developed recognition software,OpenCV and NumPy libraries to extract external contours and measure sizes of cherries.Additionally,a corresponding UI interface was developed based on Thinker platform,embedding detection models such as YOLOv5 to achieve all-angle sorting detection of cherries.Results indicated that this method was simple and effective,accurately recognizing and measuring external dimensions of cherries.
