摘要
近年来,高等职业教育愈发受到重视。课堂是教学改革的主战场,生成式教学理论与活力课堂实践深度契合。研究围绕活力课堂实践展开。遵照授课计划并重构内容、创新方法、增加互动、强化体验、采用过程化考核等,最终目标是提升课堂学习效果。活力课堂促使学生积极参与互动,行业鲜活知识贯通专业群并引发学生对其职业发展的思考,同时也促进“双师型”教师的专业成长,突显了职业教育的社会适应性。研究表明活力课堂实践对于高等职业院校有较强适应性。
In recent years,higher vocational education has received increasing attention,and the classroom is the main battlefield of teaching reform.The generative teaching theory and dynamic classroom practice are deeply in line,and the research plans to focus on the construction of dynamic classroom.The ultimate goal of restructuring content,innovating methods,increasing interaction,enhancing experience,and implementing process assessments within the college’s teaching plan is to enhance classroom learning effectiveness.During the research process,the dynamic classroom encourages students to actively participate in the classroom,and fresh industry knowledge can connect with professional groups,triggering students to think about their career development.At the same time,it also promotes the professional growth of“dual qualification”teachers,highlighting the social adaptability of vocational education.Research suggests that dynamic classrooms are suitable for students in higher vocational colleges.
