应变计测量斜拉桥应力可行性分析

摘要 钢弦式表面应变计是测量斜拉桥应力主要设备之一,但其测值受安装方法、温度变化等因素的影响。文章以中山市某斜拉桥作为研究对象,详细分析了钢弦式表面应变计在测量斜拉桥关键构件应力应用流程及注意事项,得到的主要结论如下:①采用钢弦式表面应变计测量钢构件内力时可不进行温度修正;②若钢弦膨胀系数与被测构件材料膨胀系数差异较大,在进行温度修正时需考虑构件两端约束条件;③将钢弦式表面应变计测量结果与数值模拟结果进行比对时,各断面测点应力值的绝大多数在应力理论值±15%内,吻合度较好,未出现异常情况,说明其测量结果可靠,具备现实可行性。 Steel string surface strain gauges are one of the main equipment for measuring stress in cable-stayed bridges,but their measurement values are affected by factors such as installation methods and temperature changes.Takes a cable-stayed bridge in Zhongshan City as the research object,and analyzes in detail the application process and precautions of steel string surface strain gauges in measuring the stress of key components of cable-stayed bridges.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:①When using steel string surface strain gauges to measure the internal forces of steel components,temperature correction is not necessary;②If there is a significant difference between the expansion coefficient of the steel string and the expansion coefficient of the measured component material,the constraint conditions at both ends of the component need to be considered when performing temperature correction.③When comparing the measurement results of the steel string surface strain gauge with the numerical simulation results,the majority of the stress values at each section measurement point are within±15%of the theoretical stress value,with good agreement and no abnormal situations,indicating that the measurement results are reliable and feasible in practice.
