摘要
科技成果转化是科技创新和产业创新深度融合的重要途径,是培育发展新质生产力的有力举措。江苏创新资源丰富,积极推动科技创新成果应用到具体产业和产业链上,但仍存在重大科技成果“出不来”、企业技术需求“上不来”、成果转化平台难以满足需求、专业服务能力偏弱等问题。本文通过梳理国内外科技成果转化的典型做法,深入分析江苏科技成果转化现状和不足,研究提出促进江苏科技成果转化的对策建议。
The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important way to deeply integrate scientific and industrial innovation,and a powerful measure to cultivate and develop new quality productivity.Jiangsu has abundant innovation resources and actively promotes the application of scientific and technological innovation achievements to specific industries and industrial chains.However,there are still issues such as the inability to produce major scientific and technological achievements,the inability to meet the technological needs of enterprises,the difficulty of achievement transformation platforms in meeting demand,and weak service capabilities for achievement transformation.This article reviews typical practices for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements at home and abroad,deeply analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
