摘要
针对面部皮肤缺损修复治疗,先使用明胶和甲基丙烯酸酐制备甲基丙烯酰化明胶水凝胶,再进行纳米氧化锌改性。然后结合3D打印技术,制备一种水凝胶皮瓣材料,并探究其性能。结果表明,优选纳米氧化锌溶液添加量为12%,纳米氧化锌质量浓度为50 mg/L,此时水凝胶皮瓣材料可在1 min内进行光固化,快速凝胶化性能良好,且溶胀比超过1 000%,抑菌圈平均直径达到0.6 mm,体外细胞活性良好。以优选条件制备的水凝胶皮瓣材料在面部皮肤缺损修复临床应用中效果良好,创口愈合优良率为91.30%,愈合时间为(15.36±2.58) d,术后瘢痕增生情况得到改善,术后满意度达97.83%。综上,这种水凝胶皮瓣材料可为面部皮肤缺损修复治疗的发展提供一定数据基础。
For the repair treatment of facial skin defects,methacryloylated gelatin hydrogels were prepared with gelatin and methacrylic anhydride,and then nano-zno modification was carried out.Then,combined with 3D printing technology,a hydrogel flap material was prepared,and its properties were explored.The results showed that the preferred nano-zno solution was 12%and the mass concentration of nano-zno was 50 mg/L,and the hydrogel flap material could be light-cured within 1 min,with good rapid gelation performance,swelling ratio of more than 1000%,the average diameter of the inhibition zone reaching 0.6 mm,and good cell activity in vitro.The hydrogel flap material prepared under optimal conditions had a good effect in the clinical application of facial skin defect repair,with an excellent wound healing rate of 91.30%,a healing time of(15.36±2.58)days,and an improvement in postoperative scar hyperplasia and postoperative satisfaction of 97.83%.In conclusion,this hydrogel flap material can provide a certain data basis for the development of facial skin defect repair treatment.
