兴仁市废旧农膜回收利用及利益联结模式初探

摘要 农膜覆盖技术促进了农作物增产和农民增收,提高了农业产量和效益。但农膜在自然条件下很难降解,在土壤内可存放若干年,残留下来的农膜不仅破坏土壤,而且改变了土壤的物理性质和化学结构,造成土壤污染和农作物减产,废旧农膜回收利用已提到各级党委政府的议事日程。对兴仁市2家大型农膜加工企业回收废旧农膜加工塑料颗粒技术及财政扶贫资金入股企业分红运行模式进行分析,研究提出农膜回收利用的对策。 Agricultural film mulching technology promoted crop yield increase and farmers'income increase,and improved agricultural output and efficiency.However,the agricultural film is difficult to degrade under natural conditions,and can be stored in the soil for several years.The remaining agricultural film not only destroys the soil,but also changes the physical properties and chemical structure of the soil,resulting in soil pollution and crop reduction.The recycling of waste agricultural film has been mentioned on the agenda of Party committees and governments at all levels.The recycling technology of waste plastic particles in two large agricultural film processing enterprises in Xingren City and the dividend operation mode of the enterprises with financial poverty alleviation funds were analyzed,and the countermeasures of agricultural film recycling were put forward.
