摘要
对微分子团簇水(MC Water)为介质的冷浸工艺和传统加热回流工艺所制备玫瑰花提取物的提取效率和舒缓功效进行对比探究。比较了玫瑰花在2种提取工艺下多糖、多酚等成分和舒缓功效的差异。结果表明,在0.5%(质量分数)固形物含量前提下,冷浸工艺制备的玫瑰花提取物A中多糖、多酚、新唢呐草素I的含量分别比加热回流工艺制备的玫瑰花提取物B高15.4、19、18.14倍。2种工艺所制备的玫瑰花提取物(100 mg/mL)对HaCaT细胞和HSF细胞均未体现出细胞毒性。冷浸工艺制备的玫瑰花提取物A对TNF-α和IL-6的抑制优于传统加热工艺B(P<0.01)。综上,MC水冷浸工艺的提取效率优于传统加热回流工艺,所制备玫瑰花提取物具有更好的舒缓功效,且不会对皮肤细胞产生毒性。
In order to investigate the effect of micro-clustered water(MC water)as the medium in cold soaking and traditional heating reflux methods on the efficiency of extraction and soothing effects of Rosa rugosa extract,the differences in polysaccharides,polyphenols and other components,and soothing effects of Rosa rugosa extract obtained using both extraction techniques were compared in this paper.The results demonstrated that under the condition of 0.5%(in mass fraction)solid content,the contents of polysaccharides,polyphenols,and tellimagrandinⅠin Rosa rugosa extract A prepared by cold soaking were 15.4,19,18.14 times higher than those in Rosa rugosa extract B prepared by heating reflux.Both Rosa rugosa extracts(100 mg/mL)did not exhibit cell toxicity towards HaCaT and HSF cells.Rosa rugosa extract A prepared using cold soaking exhibited superior inhibition of TNF-αand IL-6 compared to traditional heating method B(P<0.01).In conclusion,the extraction efficiency of MC water cold soaking technique is superior to that of traditional heating reflux method,and the Rosa rugosa extract obtained shows better soothing effects without producing toxicity on skin cells.
