Dynamic Buckling of Wind Turbine Structure Based on B-R Criterion and Phase Diagram Method

摘要 为研究地震作用下风电结构的动力屈曲行为,提出一种基于B-R准则及相图法的风力发电塔筒结构动力屈曲分析方法。首先,以西北地区某2.0 MW风力发电机为原型,建立考虑叶轮及机舱偏心的集中质量有限元模型,对其在重力作用下的静力屈曲进行分析,并确定动力屈曲的考察部位;其次,选择14条天然地震动记录作为输入,结合增量动力分析,通过B-R准则考察选定节点的相对位移最大值,并绘制节点的相平面图,对塔筒结构的动力屈曲进行评价;最后,分类讨论了影响风电塔筒结构动力屈曲发生的因素。研究结果表明:基于B-R准则及相图法的方法可以有效地判别动力屈曲;在地震动作用下风力发电塔筒门洞下部出现局部的塑性动力屈曲现象;地震下风电塔筒结构动力屈曲的发生与地震激起的塔筒模态和地震频谱的集中程度有关,且主要受几何非线性的影响。 To study the dynamic buckling behavior of wind turbine structures under earthquake,this paper proposes a dynamic buckling analysis method for wind turbine tower based on the B-R criterion and the phase diagram method.Taking a 2.0 MW wind turbine in northwest China as a prototype,a lumped-mass finite element model considering the eccentricity of the impeller and the nacelle is established.The static buckling under gravity is analyzed,and the investigation site for dynamic buckling is determined.On this basis,14 natural ground motion records are selected as inputs.Combined with incremental dynamic analysis,the maximum relative displacement of selected nodes is investigated through the B-R criterion,and the phase plane diagrams of the nodes are drawn to evaluate the dynamic buckling of the wind turbine tower.Finally,the factors that affect the dynamic buckling of wind turbine tower are classified and discussed.The results show that the method based on B-R criterion and phase diagram method can effectively discriminate the dynamic buckling.Under the action of ground motions,there is a partial plastic dynamic buckling in the lower part of the doorway.The occurrence of dynamic buckling of wind turbine tower is related to the tower modal induced by the earthquake and the concentration degree of the seismic frequency spectrum,and is mainly affected by geometric nonlinearity.
