摘要
胃肠道线性异物是猫临床诊疗中一种常见疾病,多因猫的特殊舔舐行为造成,严重时可造成肠道损伤。猫胰腺炎是一种常见且致死率较高的临床疾病,主要临床症状是厌食、嗜睡、呕吐等。文章对一例猫肠道线性异物并发胰腺炎的病例的诊断及治疗进行了阐述,以期为相关疾病的临床诊疗提供参考。
Linear foreign bodies are quite common in feline diseases,mostly caused by cats'special licking behavior.Long licking threads can cause linear foreign bodies,affecting the health of cats.More seriously,linear foreign bodies can hang on the tongue or teeth,causing intestinal damage.Feline pancreatitis is a common and highly lethal clinical disease,characterized by anorexia and drowsiness.This article elaborates on the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,and treatment of a case of linear foreign body complicated with pancreatitis in the intestinal tract of a cat.
