2023-2024年广东揭阳海区冷空气过程风浪变化特征

Characteristics of Wind and Wave Changes During Cold Air Processes in the Jieyang Sea Area of Guangdong from 2023 to 2024

摘要 为加深对揭阳海区冷空气浪过程变化规律的认识,提高专业气象服务的预报预警和防灾减灾能力,使用广东揭阳近海风电平台上的波浪仪、风速仪实测数据及其他辅助数据,对2023年秋至2024年春揭阳海区的冷空气浪进行归纳和分析,结果表明:该段时间内出现55次由南下冷空气引发的冷空气浪,其中34次波级达到或超过大浪标准;波高的显著增加在时间上落后于风速的显著增加,平均延迟时间为4.5 h;波周期一般维持在7 s左右,且较为稳定;当冷空气结束一段时间后,涌浪将能量基本消耗殆尽,波高降低至轻浪时,周期会出现骤降,后期若有新的冷空气来临,周期将很快增大。当广东揭阳海区受东路冷空气影响,且激光测风雷达风速达到6级及以上时,容易出现有效波高达到3 m及以上的冷空气浪。 To enhance the understanding of the variation patterns of cold air-induced waves in the Jieyang sea area and improve the forecasting,early warning,and disaster prevention capabilities of professional meteorological services,measured data from wave and anemometer instruments on offshore wind power platforms in Jieyang,Guangdong,along with supplementary data,were used to summarize and analyze cold airinduced waves in the Jieyang sea area from autumn 2023 to spring 2024.The results are shown as follows.During this period,55 cold air-induced wave events occurred due to southward cold air,with 34 of them reaching or exceeding the standard for high waves.The significant increase in wave height lagged behind the significant increase in wind speed,with an average delay of 4.5 hours.The wave period generally remained stable at around 7 seconds.After the cold air subsided,the swell energy was mostly dissipated,and the wave height decreased to light wave conditions,accompanied by a sudden drop in wave period.If new cold air arrived later,the wave period would increase rapidly.When the Jieyang sea area was affected by easterly cold air and the wind speed measured by lidar reached level 6 or higher on the Beaufort scale,cold air-induced waves with significant wave heights of 3 meters or more were likely to occur.
