摘要
针对薄膜型液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船MarkⅢ型液货围护系统次屏壁层粘接优化问题,从粘接效率、粘接质量、设备成本和人力成本等方面对手工粘接方法和自动粘接方法深入进行对比分析,目的是全面评估两种方法在不同应用场景下的适用性。研究成果可为薄膜型LNG船的建造提供技术指导。
In view of the bonding optimization problems of secondary barrier layer of Mark Ⅲ liquid cargo containment system of membrane Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carrier,the manual bonding method and the automatic bonding method are deeply compared and analyzed in bonding efficiency,bonding quality,equipment cost,and labor cost.The purpose is to comprehensively evaluate the applicability of the two methods in different application scenarios.The research results can provide technical guidance for the construction of membrane LNG carrier.
