摘要
结合软件工程专业产教融合的现状与问题,构建了“一台三实四同”育人模式,通过建立产学研合作平台、创新课程体系、创新教学模式、课程思政融合、建立产学合作机制、加强师资培训及建立反馈评估系统等措施进行改革。通过改革,提高了人才培养质量,推动了教育教学改革,为产教融合中的创新教育模式提供实用的指导,促进软件工程专业人才培养更好符合数字化时代要求。
Based on the current situation and problems of industry-education integration in the software engineering major,a"One Platform,Three Practices,and Four Synergies"education model is constructed.Reforms are implemented through the establishment of industry-academia-research cooperation platforms,innovative curriculum systems,innovative teaching modes,integration of ideol‐ogy and politics into curricula,establishment of industry-education cooperation mechanisms,enhancement of teacher training,and es‐tablishment of feedback and evaluation systems.Through these reforms,the quality of talent cultivation has been improved,and educa‐tional and teaching reforms have been promoted.It provides practical guidance for innovative education modes in industry-education integration and promotes the training of software engineering professionals to better meet the requirements of the digital age.
