超超临界阀门新型材料研究进展与展望

摘要 随着全球能源结构转型与节能减排需求的提升,超超临界发电技术因其高效低耗的特性成为电力行业的重要发展方向。作为超超临界机组的核心部件,阀门在高温、高压及强腐蚀环境下的性能直接影响机组的安全稳定运行。本文系统梳理了当前超超临界阀门领域已应用的新型材料,包括马氏体耐热钢、高温合金、陶瓷材料及镍基合金等,分析了各类材料的性能优势与局限性。在此基础上,提出未来研发应聚焦于材料高温性能优化、表面防护技术创新及低成本制备工艺开发,旨在为超超临界阀门材料的国产化与技术升级提供理论参考。 With the transformation of global energy structure and the increasing demand for energy conservation and emission reduction,ultra-supercritical power generation technology has become an important development direction of the power industry because of its high efficiency and low consumption characteristics.As the core component of ultra-supercritical unit,the performance of valve under high temperature,high pressure and strong corrosion environment directly affects the safe and stable operation of unit.This paper systematically reviews the new materials that have been used in the field of ultra-supercritical valves,including martensitic heat-resistant steel,superalloys,ceramic materials and nickel-based alloys,and analyzes the performance advantages and limitations of various materials.On this basis,it is proposed that future research and development should focus on material high temperature performance optimization,surface protection technology innovation and low-cost preparation process development,in order to provide theoretical reference for the localization and technology upgrading of ultra-supercritical valve materials.
