接触网智能自轮运维装备车组解构-组合技术研究

摘要 针对解构-组合技术在接触网智能自轮运维装备车组中的应用进行研究,通过模块架构化、车体解构化和接口统一化,设计多层级解构-组合架构的智能自轮运维装备车组集成方案,并通过多方案对比验证了该技术在实际应用中的可行性和经济性,实现车组一体化控制和人机深度融合,提高运维检修效率和设备利用率,为铁路运维的安全、高效和可持续发展提供有力支撑。 Studies are made on the application of the technology for deconstruction and combination of intelligent self-wheeled vehicles for OCS operation and maintenance.Through modular architecture,vehicle deconstruction and interface standardization,an integration scheme is designed for multi-level deconstruction-combination architecture of intelligent self-wheeled vehicles for operation and maintenance.Through comparison of several schemes,the feasibility and economic efficiency are verified for application of the technology on the actual application.It is able to realize the integrated control of the vehicle and profound man-machine interaction,improve the efficiency of operation,maintenance and inspection as well as the utilization rate of the equipment,providing strong support for safety,high efficient and sustainable development of the railway operation.
