可调式现浇板后浇带快装快拆模板施工技术研究

摘要 后浇带是建筑中为解决差异性沉降、收缩变形和温度应力的影响而设置的临时施工缝,一般设置在现浇结构梁、板、墙、基础等结构位置。板后浇带施工常规做法一般有两种:①制作高度为上下排钢筋间距的钢筋骨架,在钢筋骨架上绑扎密目钢丝网或焊接快易收口网,作为板后浇带堵头模板;②采用锯齿状侧模板木模,其是按照钢筋间距在木模板上切割槽口,加工成的梳齿状模板。两种常规施工方式均易产生漏浆、蜂窝麻面等问题,质量通病较多且经济性较差。论文介绍一种可调式现浇板后浇带快装快拆模板,解决了常规施工方式存在的问题,安装拆卸十分方便,并且可满足多种板厚、宽度的后浇带,具有良好的适用性和经济性。 Post cast strip is a temporary construction joint set up in buildings to address the effects of differential settlement,shrinkage deformation,and temperature stress.It is generally set at structural positions such as cast-in-place beams,slabs,walls,and foundations.There are generally two common methods for the construction of post pouring strips of slabs:one is to make a steel skeleton with a height of the spacing between the upper and lower rows of steel bars,and tie a dense mesh steel wire mesh or weld a quick and easy to close mesh on the steel skeleton as a template for the post pouring strip plug of slabs.Another method is to use a serrated side template wooden template,which is a comb shaped template made by cutting grooves on the wooden template according to the spacing of the steel bars.Both conventional construction methods are prone to problems such as grout leakage and honeycomb pits,resulting in many common quality problems and poor economic efficiency.This article introduces an adjustable cast-in-place slab post pouring strip quick installation and quick dismantling template,which solves the problems existing in conventional construction methods.The installation and dismantling are very convenient,and can meet the needs of various slab thicknesses and widths of post pouring strips,with good applicability and economy.
