摘要
为解决发动机非标夹具振动问题,提高加工精度水平,研究将以发动机缸体加工工序为例进行分析。研究重点对基于模态分析的振动控制方法进行分析,阐述其在夹具结构优化中的应用效果,并以此为基础提出多维度振动抑制策略建议,通过实验测试的方式进行研究。研究结果表明:该方法具有显著的减振效果,最大振动加速度降低65%以上,研究结果具有较强的实用性,能够为发动机制造企业提供技术参考。
In order to solve the problem of non-standard fixture vibration in engines and improve machining accuracy,this study will analyze the machining process of engine cylinder blocks as an example.The research focuses on analyzing the vibration control method based on modal analysis,elaborating on its application effect in fixture structure optimization,and proposing multidimensional vibration suppression strategy suggestions based on this.The research is conducted through experimental testing.The research results show that this method has significant vibration reduction effect,reducing the maximum vibration acceleration by more than 65%.The research results have strong practicality and can provide technical reference for engine manufacturing enterprises.
