摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展和智能卸船技术的成熟,自动化和智能化成为港口建设的主要发展趋势。螺旋卸船机是一种无挠性牵引螺旋输送机,其作业效率和安全性直接关系到港口的整体运营水平。但由于港口环境复杂多变,螺旋卸船机在作业过程中存在着与码头碰撞的风险。传统预防碰撞依赖于人员经验进行判断,难以保证作业的安全和质量。文章采用激光雷达、超声波传感器及工控机等设备,结合三维点云图算法设计了一种螺旋卸船机智能防碰撞系统,实现了对作业环境的实时监测和防撞保护,有效提升了螺旋卸船机的安全性和智能化程度。
With the rapid development of science and technology and the maturity of intelligent ship unloading technology,automation and intelligence have become the main development trend of port construction.Screw ship unloader is a kind of non-flexible traction screw conveyor,and its operation efficiency and safety are directly related to the overall operation level of the port.However,due to the complex and changeable port environment,the screw ship unloader has the risk of collision with the dock during operation.Traditional collision prevention relies on the judgment of personnel experience,which is difficult to ensure the safety and quality of operation.In this paper,a smart anti-collision system of screw ship unloader is designed by using LiDAR,ultrasonic sensor and industrial computer,combined with 3D point cloud image algorithm,which realizes real-time monitoring and anti-collision protection of working environment,and effectively improves the safety and intelligence of screw ship unloader.
