摘要
现有超级油船整体舱段结构优化方法容易陷入局部优化困局,存在全局优化参数小、优化计算时间长的问题,故提出改进遗传算法在超级油船整体舱段结构优化中的应用研究。为了提升超级油船整体舱段结构优化效果,设置超级油船整体舱段结构建模要求,以此为基础,建立超级油船整体舱段结构有限元模型,获取优化目标函数,利用改进遗传算法求解超级油船整体舱段结构优化目标函数,实现了改进遗传算法在超级油船整体舱段结构优化中的应用。实验结果显示,与直接计算法与HyperWorks软件相比较,应用改进遗传算法优化方法全局优化参数较大,优化计算时间较短,充分说明改进遗传算法应用效果更好。
The existing optimization methods of the whole cabin structure of super oil tanker are easy to fall into the local optimization dilemma, and the global optimization parameters are small and the optimization calculation time is long.In order to improve the optimization effect of the whole cabin structure of a super tanker, the modeling requirements of the whole cabin structure of the super tanker are set up. On this basis, the finite element model of the whole cabin structure of the super tanker is established, and the optimization objective function is obtained. The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization objective function of the whole cabin structure of the super tanker Use. The experimental results show that: compared with the direct calculation method and HyperWorks software, the global optimization parameters of the improved genetic algorithm are larger and the optimization calculation time is shorter, which fully shows that the application effect of the improved genetic algorithm is better.
