摘要
传统焊接变形预测方法在对大型海损船修复时,受到船舶板壁厚度、温度、应力变化的影响,导致对焊接位置变形预测准确度降低,影响修复效果。针对大型海损船焊接特点,提出大型海损船修理焊接变形预测方法研究。首先,对焊接位置进行温度分段计算,获得焊接过程中的板材温度变化;然后,根据温度系数变化,对焊接接头与T型接头的应力进行变形预测;最后,对预测量进行整合,得到焊接区域变形预测数据。通过模拟焊接场景,对提出方法的有效性进行测试,通过数据证明提出方法具有提升预测结果准确度的效果。
The traditional welding deformation prediction method is affected by the change of plate wall thickness, temperature and stress when repairing large average ship, which leads to the decrease of the accuracy of welding position deformation prediction and the effect of repair. According to the welding characteristics of large average ship, the prediction method of welding deformation of large average ship repair is proposed. First, the temperature of the welding position is calculated in sections to obtain the temperature change of the plate during the welding process;then, according to the change of temperature coefficient, the stress of the welded joint and the T joint is predicted. The deformation prediction data of welding area are obtained. By simulating the welding scene, the effectiveness of the proposed method is tested, and the data show that the proposed method has the effect of improving the accuracy of the prediction results.
