WK55电铲提升失控铲斗下落故障分析及处理方法

摘要 针对解WK-55电铲提升失控铲斗下落这一问题,介绍了电铲提升制动器主要组成部件,基于提升制动原理以及提升失控故障分析,提出了对提升制动器加装动态监测与静态隔离功能的提升失控处理方法。现场运行结果表明:该方法能够有效监控提升制动器运行状态,可以极大缓解WK-55电铲提升失控故障,提高设备出动率。 Aiming at the problem of the bucket falling out of control during the lifting of the WK-55 electric shovel,the article introduces the main components of the electric shovel lifting brake.Based on the principle of lifting brake and the analysis of lifting loss of control faults,the article presents the method for handling lifting loss of control by installing dynamic monitoring and static isolation functions on the lifting brake.The on-site operation results show that this method can effectively monitor the operation status of the lifting brake,greatly alleviate the WK-55 electric shovel lifting out of control fault,and improve the equipment mobilization rate.
