摘要
近年来,我国妇科肿瘤的发病率持续上升。手术是治疗妇科肿瘤的主要方法之一,但术后患者经常面临一系列并发症,尤其以术后胃肠功能障碍(POGD)的发生最为普遍。中医治疗包括中药内服、温针灸、雷火灸、耳穴埋豆、中药穴位贴敷、中药热奄包等,在促进术后胃肠功能恢复上受到广泛关注。本研究探讨了中医治疗在妇科肿瘤术后患者胃肠功能中的应用。
In recent years,the incidence of gynecologic tumors has continued to rise in China.Surgery is one of the main methods to treat gynecologic tumors,but postoperative patients often face a series of complications,especially the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction(PGID)is the most common.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy has received widespread attention in promoting the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function through internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),warm acupuncture and moxibustion,thunder fi re moxibustion,auricular acupuncture point burying beans,TCM acupoint plastering,and TCM hot omega packs.In this study,we investigated the application of TCM therapy in gastrointestinal function of postoperative gynecologic oncology patients.
