摘要
人力资源管理在事业单位运营管理体系中处于重要地位。随着事业单位改革的深入及经济社会持续发展,事业单位人力资源管理面临着新的机遇和挑战。经济师凭借在经济领域的专业能力,在事业单位人力资源管理中的重要性日益凸显。因此,研究经济师在事业单位人力资源管理中的作用发挥,有利于明确经济师的职能定位,进而提升事业单位人力资源管理的效益,对事业单位的稳定发展具有重要意义。本文通过概述人力资源管理经济师的角色和职责,分析经济师在事业单位人力资源管理中的适应性,探讨事业单位人力资源管理中经济师的作用发挥策略,以期为事业单位人力资源管理中经济师的作用发挥提供一些参考和启示。
With the deepening of the reform of public institutions and the sustainable development of social economy,human resource management of public institutions is facing new opportunities and challenges.With their professional ability in the economic field,economists are increasingly important in the human resource management of public institutions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the role of economists in the human resource management of public institutions,which is conducive to clarifying the functional positioning of economists and improving the efficiency of human resource management of public institutions,which is of great significance to the stable development of public institutions.This paper summarizes the roles and responsibilities of human resource management economists,analyzes the adaptability of economists in human resource management of public institutions,and discusses the role of economists in human resource management of public institutions,in order to provide some reference and enlightenment for the role of economists in human resource management of public institutions.
